All content, materials, and intellectual property on this platform are owned by TechBench and protected by Italian, EU, and international copyright law.

1. Ownership

All content available on TechBench — including but not limited to lesson text, module structures, quiz questions, scenario dialogues, reference materials, cheat sheets, flashcard decks, graphics, brand assets, the TechBench name, and the TechBench logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of TechBench.

This includes content generated with the assistance of AI tools, which has been reviewed, validated, and approved by TechBench before publication. All such content is owned by TechBench in full.

2. What You May Do

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use TechBench content for your own learning and career development. Under this licence you may:

Access and read all content included in your subscription tier
Take personal notes based on what you read
Reference general concepts learned on the platform in professional settings

3. What You May Not Do

The following are expressly prohibited without our prior written permission:

Reproduction: Copying, printing, or duplicating any lesson, module, quiz, or reference material in whole or in part
Distribution: Sharing, forwarding, or transmitting TechBench content to any person not authorised to access it
Commercial use: Using TechBench content for training delivery, resale, incorporation into other products or services, or any other commercial purpose
Derivative works: Adapting, translating, summarising for redistribution, or creating materials based on TechBench content
Screen recording or systematic capture: Recording lessons, downloading content programmatically, or using automated tools to extract platform content
Account sharing: Providing your credentials or access to any other person, enabling them to access content without an authorised subscription

4. Third-Party Certification Content

Some TechBench modules cover content relevant to third-party certifications, including but not limited to CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and other vendor certifications. The following applies to all such content:

TechBench content relating to third-party certifications is original educational material created independently by TechBench. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or licensed from any certification body or vendor. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, and other vendor names are trademarks of their respective owners. TechBench makes no claim over these trademarks and uses them solely for descriptive and educational reference purposes.

TechBench does not reproduce, paraphrase, or adapt official examination questions, study guides, or materials from any certification body. All scenario content, quiz questions, and worked examples are independently authored.

5. Brand Assets

The TechBench name, logo, tagline ("Where IT careers are built."), and visual identity are trademarks of TechBench. They may not be used in any context — including social media, publications, or commercial materials — without our express written permission.

If you wish to reference TechBench in a review, editorial, or educational context, you may use the name "TechBench" in plain text. Do not use the logo or brand assets without permission.

6. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that any content on TechBench infringes your copyright, or if you become aware of TechBench content being used without authorisation, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:
