Foundation lessons run 20–25 minutes. Tier 2 and above run 20–35 minutes. Every lesson includes at least one real-world scenario in a realistic format — a helpdesk call, a ticket, a conversation — and at least one callout box covering common mistakes or practical tips that don't appear in certification syllabuses.

The quiz pass mark is 4 out of 5. You can't skip it. Each wrong answer comes with a specific explanation of why it's wrong — not just "incorrect". That's where the learning actually happens.

Third-party certification prep is available as a separate add-on — not bundled into your subscription. Each cert prep package is a one-time purchase that gives you access to exam-focused content covering the syllabus, practice questions, and what the cert actually means on the job.
